Bow & Arrow

The oldest of bows were made from wood with sinews or strings made of plant fibre. Bow and Arrows are long-ranged weapons, the arrows can fly through the air by being pushed by the string which is pulled back by the holder of the weapon.
Javelin

The javelin was not very important in Egypt, but it was easier to penetrate something with a javelin the with bow and arrow because of the javelin's weight. but the bow and arrow are lighter and yopu can use the bow and arrow more than once.
Sling Shot

Not many Ancient sling shots have survived because they were made of perishable materials. When led became more available, they preferred led to pebbles because they could go further than pebbles, sling shots would hurl rocks, pebbles and lead, people would swing the slings around their head (with the pebble or lead in the big part, and would let go of one of the pieces of rope.
